StemSave.com lists Dr. Green as part of the Business Advisory Council. This is scary to me. What is scarier, is how the following individuals hooked up and what is their real plan? Research grants?

Dr. Ralph Green is up to his eyeballs in corruption at ReachOut Healthcare America, so when you see him involved in something, one automatically assumes if it’s not a scam now, it soon will be.

Though no name of the company operating the mobile dental clinic is mention, it is ReachOut Healthcare America, based in Farmington, MI.

ReachOut Healthcare America is under investigation by Senator Charles Grassley’s office. (see letters Sen. Grassley has sent to ReachOut on the right)

If you work or have worked for ReachOut Healthcare America and do nothing to protect people like Andrew in this story, or little Isaac in Arizona it’s your duty to speak out. Please do so, everyday children, the handicapped and the elderly are being abused! Do something! I beg of you!

What was the point of this story by WOOD-TV News 8 if they wouldn’t mention the name of the company?  Why did News 8 leave the investigation of this company out of the story? It’s your duty as well to warn the public that a company owned by Morgan Stanley is doing this to the most vulnerable people in America.

Story of child abused by ReachOut Healthcare America Big Smiles Mobile Dental Van pulled from MyFox Phoenix website. Why? Someone’s got some ‘splainin’ to do!

On June 12, 2012 MyFox Phoenix aired a nearly 10 report on ReachOut Healthcare America’s mobile dental clinic abusing a Camp Verde, AZ special needs child.

They did manage to leave up some comments from an under-educated person who calls himself Dale Earnhardt, which is slanderous, to DE, by the way.

The promotional post MyFox Phoenix put up on their Facebook page about the story also seems to be missing.

Just after this story aired, I heard that many parents called in with similar complaints, even some insiders contacted Fox 5 ready to blow the whistle on ReachOut Healthcare. So many in fact that MyFox Phoenix was doing a follow-up story with more damning news about ReachOut . It was so explosive they thought it would be picked up by the National network.

What happened, MyFox Phoenix? What did you do with all that evidence of child abuse that came pouring into your station? Why will you not return the Gagnon’s phone calls.

There may be good reason it’s gone, but I’m not finding it!

I think MyFox Phoenix might have some ‘splainin’ to do!

Yeah, it’s quite a story, just wondering if the pulling of this story from the Internet is an even bigger story!

It’s not like this was some little 45 second news story about a fender bender at the corner of Walnut and Main. This was (is) a HUGE story that had been worked on for a very long time! 

So who pressured MyFox Phoenix to remove it…?  Let me guess….

How do you feel about Swiss bankers pushing your child’s dental treatment?

Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) has holdings throughout the world, including dental clinics in Phoenix and Mesa, Arizona.

UBS’s subsidiary PDA HoldCo, LLC appears to own and operate Magic Smiles. PDA is the Nasdaq symbol for Perdigao SA, a chicken company in Brazil, owned by UBS. Reports say it is the “Purdue of Brazil”.

Magic Smiles is where at least one parent was referred when Reachout Healthcare America’s mobile dental van preyed upon the children at their Phoenix area school.

I am told, if a child is seen by the Reachout Healthcare America Dental monsters and has private insurance they referred the child to Magic Smiles. RHC must be all warm and cozy with Magic Smiles,

Parents were told by RHC representatives - Magic Smiles will bill their insurance, and Reachout Healthcare will pick up the tab on the rest, or work out a payment plan. It was a payment plan, by the way.

One first graders parents seem to be having problems they can’t get anyone interested in enough to resolve. They are receiving bills for the remainder of the child’s likely over treatment from both, Dr. Ralph Green, the fake owner of the RHC’s mobile van, as well as getting bills from Magic Smiles.

Their calls to Morgan Stanley owned, Reachout Healthcare America have been no help.

[I would like to learn more about this if anyone has anything to share.]

On November 1, 2011, John Momtazee and Chris Ripley of UBS registered PDA HoldCo, LLC. HoldCo is listed as the owner of Magic Smiles, LLC, with Momtazee as the Managing Partner.

There is also a company - PDA Holdings, LLC - registered with the Arizona Secretary of State, which was registered in February 2005. The type of business - “Operation of Dental Clinics”. The company was registered by Craig Frances of Summit Partners. Craig, along John Momtazee are the executives of PDA Holdings, LLC.

Summit Partners once held American Dental Partners in its portfolio.

I can not seem to find a dental licenses for John Momtazee, Chris Ripley or Craig France anywhere. Imagine that.

I’ve said on here more than once that not only are children in danger, so are grandma and grandpa in the nursing homes.

The same people who mistreated this poor child in AZ are the same names associated with Health Senior Dental, LTD. However, I’m sure nothing like this happens with Health Seniors Dental because they say they have a “perfect legal and ethical background of no liability claims every filed” and “all dental decisions are made by state licensed dentists with perfect ethical records.” (see below)

What are the chances of Dr. Elliot P. Schlang, Dr. Ralph Green and Michael P. Howell having another company unrelated to ReachOut Healthcare and Morgan Stanley?  None, nada, zip, zilch, zero.

Big Corporations Pony Up Over $1 Million To Oppose Senate Bill 655 in Legislature

I don’t know, but I’ve been told, ReachOut America is as low as they go.

I’m hearing ReachOut Healthcare America mobile dentistry, and their Big Smiles program has a “service center” type place with hoards of telemarketers in cubicles, burning up the phone lines with a list of potential victims to contact that is as long as your arm. 

Telemarketers? Yes,telemarketers. This is where the “ReachOut” part comes into play. Each telemarketer has a list of the names of children, parents, your child’s school, and parent or guardian contact information.

For example, let’s say you are home, the phone rings, you answer and it’s a nice lady telling you the mobile dental clinic your school has approved, which is staffed with a highly qualified dentist and two assistants will be at your school on such and such date. Sounds just like picture-day doesn’t it?

The telemarketers have their expertly crafted scripts ready, which makes this phone call really a “high pressure” sales call. You’re probably going to be quoted statistics and such about the poor status of children’s dental health here in America, your state or even your town.

The telemarketer tell you they just your verbal permission - probably recorded- or so they might tell you. ReachOut can have their highly qualified and well trained dentist do just a little look-see, a screening so to speak, or maybe its been a while since your child’s last cleaning, they could do that for you too. They may tell you they will send home a report detailing Susie’s dental health.

They might ask, if their highly trained staff does find a problem, with Susie, do you what them to fix it, right then and there, since it is a full service mobile clinic. It will save you all kinds of time and we know as parents, time is a valuable commodity, right? Plus, how can you neglect your child by withholding dental care? Free dental care?! Free, you may ask?

The telemarketer, I mean company representative, tells you there will be no cost to you, since your child is eligible for free dental services because of your states Child Health Insurance Program (CHIP). Sounds like if you are on the “free lunch” list you get free dental care at school too, doesn’t it? 

In fact you may feel at the end of the phone call your this is all arranged by your school system as a service to all the children, included as a normal as the school nurse. Remember the fluoride rinses back in the 1980’s?

You could be lead to believe it’s nothing more than dental hygiene instruction – remember those Bell Telephone movie reels that used to make the rounds at schools?  No, well you’re not as old as me then.

If you decide you would like to be there for the event, you’re likely to be told that since they aren’t sure exactly what time Susie will be called, you could possibly be sitting there in the school all day, and you don’t want to be doing that, right? That’s just another classic separate the child and the parent ploy.

Speaking of that “free lunch” list, is that where ReachOut Healthcare got your contact information?

R. Kirk Huntsman’s- The Beginning: Reachout Healthcare America-Dental One, Nexus Dental Alliance and more

Last September(2011) R. Kirk Huntsman’s was featured at a seminar entitled “Beat The Dental Practice Management Companies”  Warning attendees of the “Walmart Effect” taking over dentistry.

Yet, among many other ventures in Dental Practice Management, R. Kirk Huntsman has been Managing Partner of Montage Venture Group LLC since March 2010, according to Business Week. 

R. Kirk Huntsman Bio from Nexus Dental Alliance, his virtual Dental Management company.  Virtual, meaning you just “pretend”, “not real”? 

Mr. Huntsman has been active in the dental industry for over 23 years.

Yet, never took time to become a dentist, wonder why?  If he was so into it, you’d have thought he would want to actually be one, right?

In 1988, he became the Dallas/Ft. Worth licensee for Associated Financial Transition Consultants, Inc.(AFTCO Associates,) a dental practice brokerage company with over 65 offices nationwide.  Within two years, his was the top performing office in the nation.   In 1991, he acquired the Houston license and continued to rapidly expand. 

By 1995, he was ready to begin owning and operating practices, so he launched Dental One as a dental management services organization, or DMSO.

In 1995, as well as today, it was illegal for a non-dentist to own dental practices!  I guess Mr. Huntsman failed to read the following page of info over at the AFTCO website, but it’s easy to see how he could become confused, since it’s written in a lot of double speak BS. Plus, it used the word “Goodwill” which I’m sure is not in his vocabulary.  Had the word, “Greed” been used, it would have had his complete attention.  Here is what is on the AFTCO’s website:

Searching” Private Equity Dental” brings up a whole mess of trouble!  Here is just one.

Sentinel Capital Partners, LLC invested $22 million dollars in ReachOut Healthcare America, Ltd in 2007, holding 80% of the company.  In August 2008 ReachOut Healthcare bought up Mobile Dentists,it’s closest competitor.  In 2010 they added “Help A Child Smile.”  ReachOut also offers vision services.

Based in Phoenix Arizona-“ReachOut sends dentists-on-wheels to service low-income children in public schools under the government's Medicaid contracts. It has separate programs for the elderly and the military.  ReachOut operates in 21 states.”

Phoenix-based ReachOut sends dentists-on-wheels to service low-income children in public schools under the government's Medicaid contracts. It has separate programs for the elderly and the military. Sentinel Capital Partners LLC invested $22 million in 2007 and held 80% of ReachOut. The company, with less than $5 million of EBITDA at the time, was Sentinel's third investment in a dental business but the first where government reimbursements accounted for nearly 100% of accounts. ReachOut added Mobile Dentists in August 2008 and Help A Child Smile in 2010. With organic growth, EBITDA had reached $17 million by the time Morgan Stanley Private Equity took over as new owner in January. The sale allowed Sentinel to book profits of between 6 and 7 times its cost.
