Actual turnover rate for Lead Dentists is around 19%, but they are making well over $200K, most $300k and more. Turnover rates for associate dentists are 46+% and with other staff it runs about 40%. Those figures speak volumes about these dental mills with jobs as scares these days.

Curiosity got me and I had to see how many dentists were imported in 2009. I was a bit shocked there were so many; about 600. I didn't look into this, but it appears each company can import one dentist. I'm guessing that is why each clinic is registered as a separated entity. Another reason Corporate Dentistry is NOT a good idea and illegal in most states.

It probably works out very well for the illegal clinics. They ship in the dentists, train them to do it "their way", tell them whatever line of crap they want, they know they are not going to be questioned. This all seems backwards doesn't it? Most of the time it is illegal immigrants working for legitimate companies.
The people brought in on work visas certainly do not want to turn in their sponsor for any wrong doing, they would end up deported. That's like turning in your own parents!

This wrong on so many levels. Where are the human rights activists? These poor people are being brought here with false promised of fame and fortune and held captive! Don't forget, even if they want to quit, they signed a document that says they have to give 90 days notice or pay $500 per day. Can you imagine the fear they live with, if they don't perform as directed.
They have to go to work every day, under pressure to meet monthly goals, physically abuse children, build patient productivity, and not be able to do a damn thing about it. I wonder if they are shocked no one else cares either?
This is another outrage, and everyone from AG Eric Holder to Jennifer the dental assistant knows it is happening and is doing nothing. Why?
