Got a report today of a child who saw Dr. Teresa Nicholson at the Fort Wayne Small Smiles Clinic. The person gave me the date and said Dr. Nicholson put on 10 crowns, 2 fillings and pulled two teeth on her child. Talk about one really upset mother.
