Kool Smiles - National Association of Community Health Centers

Kool Smiles Job Listing :

1) co-develop dental partnerships with existing Community Health Centers (CHC)
2) maintain ongoing relationships with existing Kool Smiles CHC's
3) work on site selection and leasing of Community Health Centers.

Does this mean taxpayers picked up the bill to build these torture chambers through Federal Grants or some other vehicle?  Do the professionals (dentists) who work at these designated centers get a break on education costs, maybe the company, Kool Smiles (NCDR) get help with paying these same professionals?
