Ramsey of Wicker, Smith, O'Hara, McCoy and Ford, has filed a Motion in Jacksonville Circuit Court asking the court to Dismiss the lawsuit filed, Expunge it from court records and Sanction attorney Gust Sarris of Adsum Law Firm. I read it as they firmly believe Gust Sarris / Adsum Law Firm failed to follow proper procedures before the filing of the suit.
